Where a weatherworn block once sat, now stands a group of newly constructed, Tuscan inspired condominium homes. Designed with the help of local architect John Davie, Phase I of the project is complete and the groundwork has been laid for the development of Phase II and Phase III homes as well as a Phase IV pool and recreation complex.
